Shipping policy

At Vitality Sea Moss, we prioritize delivering high-quality products with convenience. We offer the following options to meet your needs:

We provide free delivery within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) for eligible drop-off locations. For other areas within our delivery range, applicable rates will be calculated at checkout. Once your order is ready, we will schedule deliveries at the end of the week and confirm the date and time with you. Deliveries occur between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.. If no one is available to receive the package and no specific instructions are provided, it will be left at the front door for contactless delivery.

We also offer a convenient pickup location in Brampton for customers who prefer to collect their orders in person. Pickup times will be pre-arranged and confirmed once your order has been processed. This option allows you to avoid shipping fees and receive your products at your convenience.

All orders require 3-5 business days for processing to ensure every product is prepared fresh. Orders placed after Friday at 6:00 p.m. EST will be processed the following week.

We ship within Canada and offer various shipping options for all our Sea Moss products. You’ll see the available rates and estimated delivery times at checkout. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
