  • Perishable items such as Sea Moss Gel and other food-based products
  • Customized or personalized orders

Issues with Your Order

We understand that problems can occasionally arise during shipping or delivery. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us withinย 24 hoursย of receiving your order so we can address the issue promptly.
